Payment Information:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express online. We also accept checks for transactions made over the phone. Checks for all orders must be made out to "Boston Modern Orchestra Project."

Security:
The BMOP website has a PayPal Payflow Gateway which uses a 168-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of every online purchase.

Sales Tax:
A 6.25% sales tax will be charged to ticket buyers who are Massachusetts state residents only.

Mailing:
Your tickets will be mailed with additional subscription information and benefits within 1-2 days of your order. Tickets for concerts taking place in Jordan Hall at NEC that are purchased within one week of the concert will be held at the BMOP Will Call table in the lobby. Please note that there are no printed tickets for Club Concerts. If you purchase tickets to a Club Concert, your name will be added to the guest list at the door.

Special Requests:
Please specify any special needs or seating requests. We will try to honor all requests, but seats will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Exchanges and Refunds:
To exchange tickets at no additional fee, please contact the BMOP Box Office at 781.324.0396. All subscription packages are a final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled. All unused tickets can be donated back to BMOP for resale.
